Aims Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR) is an alternative pathway doctors to join the General Medical Council (GMC) specialist register in United Kingdom (UK). Despite significant official resources provided online by both GMC and Royal College Psychiatrists (RCPsych), a lot working toward CESR psychiatry specialties find system complex do not fully understand how start, especially candidates from abroad. Therefore, WhatsApp TM group has been set up provide peer support any who want achieve specialties. This article aimed share reflective experience managing WhatsAppTM group. Methods The entitled “CESR Aspirants” was created on 23 April 2020 four UK speciality doctors. number had grown size 218 participants 19 December 2022. Any could via common link.
